The project architectural concept has an equestrian center, country club, and mini ranches with single-family houses on them. At the Equestrian Center you can have your horses very well cared for and professionally fed. You may rent horses, take horse riding lessons, walk around and enjoy the environment of a fully working modern equestrian center. The Country Club offers both a variety of recreational sports and facilities for relaxing and entertaining. The Project mini-ranches will be located around the Equestrian Center and the Country Club. The size of the mini-ranches will be from 2 acres (8,100 m²) minimum up to 5 acres (20,200 m²) maximum.
